The treatment room at Chadwell Heath is looking reasonably empty at the moment, which is great news and a testament to how well the manager looks after his players. Sam Allardyce has a fully fit squad available, apart from the two main absentees of Andy Carroll and Jack Collison.
Andy Carroll - Our loan signing from Liverpool has returned to light training, but he will not be available for Saturday's game against Sunderland. A more realistic target for Andy will be our home game against Arsenal on the 6th October.
Jack Collison - Jack is still waiting to make his first appearance of the season and no date has been pencilled in for his return. We hope our dynamic midfielder is back playing first team football very soon.
